There are a couple of ways to further enhance your efficiency.

Contacts List
A comprehensive list needs to be located in a prominent position or positions, in the work environment.  This list may include:

Staff should be easily able to find the appropriate contact to report any security threat, spyware or antivirus breach, hardware breakdown or computer malfunction.  If this process is not easy, then they will not report it or attempt self repair.  This could lead to further problems.  This is especially relevant to temporary staff.

Consumable stock supply list
There needs to be an appropriate posted list, in a prominent position, outlining the details of repetitive consumables.  Suppliers, part numbers and costs are important.
This may include:

Using consistent consumables, that have worked in the past, guarantees hassle free continuation.
