Computers do fail and need repair.  At this point, it can be very time consuming and potentially expensive, trying to find the correct driver programs and Office Programs.  It is just a matter of good organisation to ask your hardware supplier for all these installation programs, put them in a sealable clear plastic bag per computer, and then put all the bags in a drawer or cabinet or box.  On the front of each bag should be a printout of the contents and on the front of the box there should be a list of all the computer and printer information therein stored.
